Please allow up to 2 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Monday or Tuesday). Most orders will be received with 3-5 business days, such USA, Europe, Canada. On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries may take 5-10 days or even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Brazil, Mexico, and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes.

We accept order cancellation before your order is shipped or produced. We cannot cancel order if your order is already shipped out.

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
